Jamshedpur, Feb 19: One Ruby Devi, resident of Bhuiyandih, and her daughter Kumkum were seriously injured in a road accident in Sitaramdera on Sunday. They were walking to a local restaurant when a speeding bike knocked them down. Ruby sustained serious head injuries. She and her daughter were taken to MGM Hospital. Local residents caught the bike driver and handed him over to police. A case has been registered against the accused for rash driving
