Jamshedpur : Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy held a review meeting of the Education Department on Thursday at Jamshedpur Circuit House.

MLA Saryu Roy reviewed the authorities on several points to ensure that children studying in all government primary, secondary and high schools in Jamshedpur eastern region could get good education. During the review, it was found that 3 high schools, 10 middle schools and 30 primary schools do not have boundary walls. Due to which there is a gathering of outsiders, animals and anti-social elements during the night.Proper provision of electricity and water is also not available in the toilets of these schools. Two of these primary schools are buildingless.
�MLA Saryu Roy has demanded a clear and complete report from the authorities for this. Arya Vedic school in Kashidih does not have boundary wall and the school president is a former, which is not in line with the government guidelines, a clear report was also sought on this. Schools are closed due to Kovid 19, so the children are being given online education by the department.
MLA� asked the officials what arrangements have been made by the department to ensure that all children get online education. There are so many children who are deprived of it. A clear report was also demanded for this. Rai has asked the officials to provide a list of such children, who are unable to do online classes due to lack of smart phones.
He asked the officials that there has been talk of unauthorized operation of Hindi medium classes in private schools from 2.30 pm, he said to investigate it and take action. Rai said after the opening of the school whether it has any funds for sanitation and sanitation of the school. He asked the officials under which circumstances the said amount was lapse.He asked the officials what action was taken to recover the laps amount. MLA Mr. Rai asked the DEO under what circumstances the old building of $ 2 Harijan High School, Sitaramdera was demolished. He also questioned what happened to the brick, rod etc. material that came out of the building after breaking the building. MLA Shri Rai rebuked the officials for the loss of Rs 1 crore 37 lakh for the construction of the $ 2 Harijan High School, Sitaramdera.He asked them under what circumstances this amount was lapsed and what action was taken to recover it. Clerks of most high schools have been delegated to the DEO office for a long time. Due to this, the work of education in the said schools is not going smoothly, what is the reason for this. In this regard, the DEO said that they have been kept here due to their high workload in the office.�

He asked the District Superintendent of Education to inform primary school Chhayanagar to be shifted to the former place (Vikas Bhavan).
