Jamshedpur, April 17: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Rai, today visited Manifit area under his constituency and met the local people to know their problems.
People said that the Dhobi Line area was deprived of development works for a long time. During this, a demand letter was handed over to MLA on behalf of Rajak Samaj, Manifit branch. The locals demanded a high mast light at Manifit Dhobi Ghat, construction of two gates at Chhath Ghat, construction of boundary wall and gate of Manifit Community Development Building, road from Manifit Odia Basti to Chhath Ghat and Manifit Dhobi Ghat Devi Temple, pavers block and construction of boundary walls.
Saryu Rai assured the residents and members of Rajak Samaj, that very soon the schemes would be implemented on the basis of their demand letter. Rai told that as soon as he became MLA from this area, he got information about many problems from different areas of the eastern assembly. All the tasks are being executed one by one. Their problems have been identified and soon all the problems will be solved.
