Jamshedpur, Feb 25: Jamshedpur Management Association (JMA) organised a panel discussion on February 23, 2021 at ISWP Health Club to mark the All India Management Association’s (AIMA) Foundation Day which is also celebrated as the Management Day. The topic for debate was ‘MBA graduates may be good at power point but they don’t know how things work’.
JMA had invited short write-ups on the topic. Top ten entries were shortlisted from the entries received for the panel. Professor Sunil Kumar Sarangi, XLRI was the moderator for the event. Both the sides of the panel expressed their opinions on the topic. Few panelists also joined the event virtually from other parts of the country. Audience poll was used to announce winners.
Binod Kumar Singh from Tata Steel Long Products and Shikha Suman from Tata Steel were declared as winner and Runner- up respectively. Neeraj Kant, Managing Director of ISWP awarded the winners. The debate session was also followed by felicitation ceremony of Full Stack Data Science pass out candidates. Full Stack Data Science is a course organised by JMA in collaboration with Jigsaw Academy. The programme was attended by various professionals and students of Jamshedpur.
