Jamshedpur, May 14: INDI Alliance candidate Samir Mohanty campaigned in various villages of the Ghatshila Assembly constituency on Tuesday, appealing for votes. Accompanied by JMM District President Ramdas Soren, Mohanty visited Hurlung village in the Dampada area, where he was warmly welcomed by the villagers.
During his visit, he paid homage at the statue of freedom fighter Baba Tilka Majhi and pledged to oppose dictatorial forces. Mohanty and Soren addressed local issues and informed villagers about state government schemes, noting that many families were already benefiting from pensions, ration cards, and other programs.
Mohanty also inaugurated the election office of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha/INDI Alliance in Gondhani. Expressing gratitude for the support received, he claimed there was a strong wave in favor of the INDI Alliance across East Singhbhum district, anticipating significant changes on June 4.
