Jamshedpur, April 9: The Jamshedpur Chapters of Association of Physicians of India, Cardiological Society of India, Indian College of Physicians, Research Society of Study of Diabetes in India, Indian Association of Clinical Medicine and Jharkhand Diabetic Forum jointly hosted kicked off the �Jamshedpur LIVE� Conference at SNTI in Bistupur on Saturday.
Eminent speakers including Dr. RamnathanIyer (Mumbai), Dr. Ambuj Roy, AIIMS, and Dr. Sandeep Bhalla, PHFI (Delhi), Dr. Arvind Gupta (Jaipur), Dr. Anuj Maheswari (Lucknow), Dr. Ansuman Mukherjee, Dr. G. K. Dhali, Dr. Ranjit Singh, and Dr. A.K. Singh (Kolkata), Dr. Dipanjan (Siliguri), Dr. J.K. Mitra, Dr. Niraj Prasad, Dr. Vinay Dhandhania, Dr. Ashok Baidya, and Dr. Ankit Srivastav (Ranchi) and Dr. A.K. Virmani, Dr. R. K. Mishra, and Dr. N. C. Singhal (Jamshedpur) deliberating on various topics on improving patient care.
A special session on �Legal Rights of Doctors� by Udit Sarkar, advocate, was also held. The scientific program was inaugurated by Dr. Ambuj Roy from AIIMS.
The inaugural function was held at 7.30 p.m. at the SNTI Lawns. The chief guest was Dr. S.K. Jha, Civil Surgeon, East Singhbhum, while Dr. Sandeep Bhalla, PHFI, Delhi was present as the guest of honor on the occasion.
The conference will conclude on Sunday, April 10.
