The facility was officially inaugurated by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishore Kaushal, with Rural SP Rishabh Garg and other officials present at the ceremony.

The initiative, led by SSP Kaushal, aimed to provide a dedicated space for children to read and learn. The library houses a collection of books, including biographies of great personalities and other educational material. To ensure smooth functioning and continuous improvement, a committee has been formed to oversee the library’s management.

As soon as the library opened, excited children flocked to explore the books. Many were seen reading with enthusiasm. SSP Kaushal assured that new books would be added over time to cater to the needs of the children.

He also mentioned that efforts had been ongoing for a long time to establish this library, and its successful inauguration marked a significant step towards promoting a reading culture among children.
