Jamshedpur: Lawyers Defense celebrates Baba Saheb Ambedkar Jayanti at Dhalbhum Club

Jamshedpur, April 14:  Lawyers Defense commemorated the 133rd birth anniversary of Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar with a program titled, ‘Samrasata Diwas’ at Dhalbhum Club in Sakchi. The event, organized by advocate Paramjit Kumar Srivastava, saw guests including State Bar Council Vice Chairman Rajesh Kumar Shukla and senior advocates Virendra Sharma and Kumar Rajesh Ranjan.

The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, with Advocates Akshay Kumar Jha, Vimal Kumar Pandey, Vinita Singh, Vineet Mishra, Naveen Prakash, Vinod Kumar Mishra, Amit Kumar, Ravindra Kumar, Sunil Kumar Mohanty, and Neeraj Kumar representing the Lawyers Defense delegation.

Before the program, guests were welcomed by Lawyers Defense representatives. Senior advocates Vimal Kumar Pandey, Dilip Kumar Mahato, Vineeta Singh, Vineet Mishra, Harvilas Das, and Parineeta Srivastava were honored for their notable achievements and contributions. Special recognition was given to Har Vilas Das for winning the bronze medal in the National Athletic Championship and to Parineeta Srivastava for her social work.

Various advocates, including Sudhir Kumar Prasad and Akshay Kumar Jha, were also honored for their philanthropic endeavors, such as blood donations. Virendra Sharma elucidated the fundamental rights and duties outlined in the Constitution, while Rajiv Kumar emphasized the importance of unity among advocates.

As the chief guest, Rajesh Kumar Shukla warmly welcomed and endorsed all proposed initiatives, which were unanimously approved by the advocates present. Lawyers Defense advocates Sushma Gupta, Baleshwar Das, Ashish Dutt, Vidyut Nadi, Ranjit Ram, Ved Prakash Singh, Keshav Singh, Parampati Bhagat, Rajeev Ranjan, Vijay Gupta, Sanjay Kumar, Satya Prakash, and others attended the program.

The event concluded with Vineet Mishra delivering a vote of thanks, followed by the national anthem.
