Jamshedpur: JAP 6 gets new barracks for 250 soldiers

Jamshedpur, Mar 22: A new G+2 barracks with a capacity to house 250 soldiers was inaugurated at the JAP 6 Battalion Headquarters in Sidhgora on Friday. The facility was inaugurated by Commandant Anand Prakash.

Speaking at the event, Prakash stated that the new barracks, built by Jharkhand Police Corporation, is part of ongoing efforts to improve the welfare of police personnel. He also announced that a new hospital for JAP 6 is in the pipeline.

The event was attended by JAP 6 DSP Manju Kashyap, Jhanu Hansda, Udeshwar Ram Tihpal, Rajesh Kumar Kujur, Dinesh Kumar, Vishal Mahato, Nakul, Pramod and other officials.
