Jamshedpur, Aug 13: East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Jadhav and Senior Superintendent of Police Prabhat Kumar jointly inspected the final rehearsal parade for the district level Independence Day programme at Gopal Maidan, Bistupur, on Saturday.
The DC said all preparations for I-Day celebration had been completed.
Eight contingents of RAF, DAP, JAP-6, Homeguard, NCC and Scouts & Guides participated in the final rehearsal.
Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) Pradip Prasad, ADM Law and Order Nand Kishore Lal, ADC Sourabh Sinha, DTO Dinesh Ranjan and DPRO Rohit Kumar were also present at Gopal Maidan today.
