Jamshedpur Graduate College girl body recovered from Swarnrekha bank

Jamshedpur, July 27: The dead body of a girl was recovered from the bank of Swarnrekha River at Azadnagar on Tuesday night. The girl, identified as Kriti Kumari, was a resident of Chandil and an English third year student of Graduate School College for Women in Sakchi. According to the FIR lodged by the deceased Kriti Kumari’s family in the Sakchi police station, Kriti Kumari had left for college on July 22 but did not return home since. The family members then lodged an FIR in the Sakchi police station on July 25 contending that Kriti Kumari had been kidnapped by unknown persons. Kriti was wearing her college uniform when her body was recovered from the Swarnrekha River bank at Azadnagar.
