Jamshedpur, Jan 12: City girls, Mitali Dasgupta and Wasiya Naaz, have brought laurels for the city by performing at different beauty contests recently.
Mitali, resident of Ranikuder, Kadma, won Mrs Odisha Icon at a beauty contest held in Odisha. She was also adjudged Second Runner-up in the Mrs. India contest held during Global Global Award 2022 in New Delhi. In the same event, Wasiya Naaz won Miss India award. Many Bollywood celebrities graced the occasion.
Speaking to media, Mitali said, “I have been working as a make-up artist for the past many years. I attribute my success to my family and wish to make progress in this field.”
Wasiya said she has been in the modeling field since 2021 and she achieved success by dint of hard work. She too, gave the credit of her achievement to her family. She said she would focus on modeling career on getting better options ahead.
