Jamshedpur: Nishika Sarkar, 15 yrs old, born and raised in Jamshedpur was crowned Miss IACA 2025 (Teen) runners-up at a recently concluded Beauty & Skill Pageant in Atlanta Georgia USA. IACA (Indian American Cultural Association) is one of the oldest and active associations for Indians in the US. Nishika is the daughter of Niladri Sarkar and the grand daughter of renowned industrialist and now an avid writer, Himadri Sarkar.
Nishika, along with her family, resides in Atlanta USA. Nishika was born and raised in Jamshedpur and moved to the USA when she was 5 years old. She is also a Taekwondo Black Belt (1st Dan) and has received accolades for her passion towards martial arts. Nishika is also an upcoming singer and stage performer, where she actively participates in school and community events.
The Sarkar family is proud of her achievements and very happy that she continues to recognize herself as a Jamshedpurian.
