Chaibasa, Nov 15: Shashi Bala Devi, the mother of former Ichagarh MLA Arvind Kumar Singh, passed away on Friday morning at the age of 92. She was undergoing treatment and leaves behind a family of three sons, daughter-in-law, grandson, and granddaughter. Her last rites will take place on November 17 at Parvati Ghat, with a funeral procession beginning at 9 am from her residence in Adityapur. The family received condolences from friends and well-wishers.
