Jamshedpur: FIR against four in Burmamines firing case

Jamshedpur, Dec 19: Police lodged an FIR against four persons in connection with the recent incident of firing on State Food Corporation and Railway contractor Ajay Pandey alias Bhola near Santoshi Mandir at Burmamines Carriage Colony.

Those booked were identified as Ajit Gupta, Pawan Mandal, Manoj Das and Ayush Das. All the accused persons are at large after the incident police said, adding further that the four had fired on Pandey on 16^th December last near a garage owned by Manoj Das. Pandey had sustained a bullet injury in his leg. He is currently in hospital. Police suspect the firing took place as a result of old rivalry. They are searching for the accused persons.
