Jamshedpur FC U-18 Gear Up for Elite Youth League with Renewed Hunger

Jamshedpur, November 22:  With the AIFF Elite Youth League fast approaching, Jamshedpur FC’s U-18 squad is putting in long, intense sessions under head coach Kaizad Ambapardiwalla as they prepare for the 2025–26 campaign. The young Men of Steel, who finished as runners-up in last season’s U-17 Elite League, are keen to build on that success as they transition into the restructured U-18 format this year.

The mood in camp has been upbeat, boosted further by the recent national team call-up of JFC U-18 forward Heeranganba Seram, who has been named in India’s squad for the AFC U-17 Asian Cup Qualifiers. His achievement has served as a major inspiration for the rest of the group, reinforcing the pathway from JFC’s youth structure to the Indian national teams.

Head coach Kaizad Ambapardiwalla expressed his pride in the squad’s commitment and the steady progress they have shown in training.

“Our boys have been working incredibly hard over the last few weeks. The intensity, discipline, and desire to improve every day has been very encouraging,” Kaizad said. “Seeing Heeranganba make it to the national team has given the entire squad a huge lift. It shows what is possible when you stay focused and trust the process. The team is motivated to compete strongly again this season.”

With preparations in full swing, Jamshedpur FC’s youth side looks determined to make another deep run in the Elite Youth League, carrying the momentum of last year and the inspiration of one of their own stepping onto the international stage.
