Jamshedpur : As the Election Department gears for Bihar Assembly election, several Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) were today sent to the neighboring state for the forthcoming assembly elections.
�There are several Assembly constituencies and with an increased number of voters, the machines required and as back-up is more.
We have received the machines from Uttar Pradesh and now with these machines coming from Jharkhand should suffice,� said election officials.
