Jamshedpur: Eminent dentist Dr. Shahenshah Khan passes away

Jamshedpur, Nov 16: Dr. Shahenshah Khan (60), city’s famous dental specialist and resident of Dhatkidih, died at Brahmanand Hospital around 2.30 am on Monday. On 25th October, he was admitted to the Brahmanand Hospital due to ill health. He was on a ventilator for 14 days. Dr. Khan was a patient of kidney, diabetes and blood pressure. Along with this, he was also having trouble breathing.
After his death, a wave of mourning prevailed in the city. The mortal remains of Dr. Shahenshah Khan were buried in the Dhatkidih cemetery on Monday afternoon. The President of the Indian Dental Association East Singhbhum Branch, Dr. Moh. Zafar expressed deep sorrow. He said that he was indeed the emperor. His contribution to Jamshedpur as a dentist has been commendable. He has done the work of bringing happiness in the lives of patients by providing complex treatment. The special thing was that he was the messiah of the poor.
He used to treat financially weak patients for free. Dr. Shahenshah Khan studied at Loyola School in Jamshedpur. His friend Dr. Sahir Pal is currently Additional Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) in East Singhbhum district. He also expressed deep sorrow that an era came to an end with the death of Dr. Shahenshah. Dr. Shahenshah Khan completed his inter education from Aligarh University.
