Jamshedpur: Dharmendra Pradhan, Arjun Munda address BJP virtual rally

Jamshedpur, June 21: in the midst of the COVID pandemic, Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) is keeping in touch with all party leaders, activists and the general masses to keep them abreast with innovative projects of national, state and regional developments through virtual rallies, Jan Samvad. On Sunday, June 21, a virtual rally was held for the citizens of Jharkhand in which thousands of BJP leaders, activists and general masses participated. The rally was addressed by central Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Tribal Affairs minister Arjun Munda, BJP state president Dipak Prakash and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi.

Among the audience were former state Chief Minister Raghubar Das, parliamentarian Bidyut Baran Mahto, Dineshanand Goswami, Kunal Sarangi, BJP district president Dinesh Kumar, Rajesh Shukla and many other party leaders.

In a press communiqu� party�s district president Dinesh Kumar stated that the Jan Samvad rally was a historic success. He mentioned as per BJP state directive thousands of party executives and workers of the 28 Mahanagar units participated in the virtual rally held on Sunday, June 21. People watched the Jan Samvad rally in a few places on big screens in groups while maintaining social distancing protocol. Others watched from their homes on their various applications.

Dinesh stated that the help being reached out to a suffering humanity is being appreciated by the people of the entire country. In the communiqu�, the BJP district president observed, �The state unit of BJP and Jamshedpur in particular has come in for plaudits for the humane services rendered during the lockdown period thus setting a benchmark. I take this opportunity to thank the organizers of Jan Samvad for this highly successful event.�

Former Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that keeping in touch with the people and communications like Jan Samvad are BJP�s tradition. He said, �We have to think of a new normal wherein we have to live and move ahead with COVID. Under such condition every Indian citizen should follow the directives issued by the Home ministry. BJP stands as it has always done throughout with the people of Jharkhand in its struggle to succeed.�

On his views on virtual rallies, the former Chief Minister said, �Virtual rallies are the needs of the times. Social media is an effective platform to share views and ideas with a larger outreach.�
