Jamshedpur, Nov 7: Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Returning Officer of East Singhbhum Ravi Shankar Shukla visited the chambers and nomination venues of Potka, Jugsalai, Jamshedpur East and Jamshedpur West Assembly constituencies on Thursday. He issued instructions to the executive engineer of building construction department regarding certain proposed amenities. The nominations for different constituencies would be held at different places. For general category candidates, nomination form will cost Rs 10,000 while for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, the same will cost Rs 5000, sources said.
Shukla reviewed the preparations for polls and issued necessary instructions to district election officials.
