Jamshedpur: East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Rajiv Ranjan ordered circle officers to clear backlogs of land mutations, encroachment disputes, and record corrections with absolute transparency. He warned staff to adopt a citizen-friendly approach and resolve visitor complaints swiftly.
During his field tour of the Bodam complex, the DC also flagged a dilapidated, unsafe building, ordering immediate structural repairs. Ranjan emphasized that local officials must conduct regular field visits to guarantee that welfare schemes reach every grassroots beneficiary.
Ranjan ordered a 100% distribution and collection of enumeration forms under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR-2026) voter drive.
While inspecting the Mango Circle and Bodam Block offices on Monday, the DC directed staff to fast-track voter data digitization and race against the stipulated deadlines.
