Jamshedpur DC convenes meeting on ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’

Jamshedpur: The District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum,  Ananya Mittal, recently held a meeting with officials to discuss the upcoming 15-day ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program, aimed at connecting eligible beneficiaries with various state government welfare schemes. Scheduled from August 30 to September 15, the program will see camps being organized at the Panchayat level throughout the district.

During the meeting, Mittal emphasized the importance of ensuring that every eligible person in the district is linked with the ambitious schemes of the state government. He instructed officials to take necessary actions to provide maximum benefits to the public through these camps. The District Magistrate stressed that the camps should implement the schemes in a saturation mode, ensuring no eligible beneficiary is left out. Special arrangements should be made to inform the public about the government schemes, and benefits or assets related to these schemes should be distributed directly to beneficiaries at the camps through ‘Kalyan Manch’.

 Mittal also highlighted the need for widespread publicity about the camps’ locations and schedules to encourage maximum participation. He urged local public representatives to motivate villagers to attend the camps. The focus areas for this year’s program include several key state initiatives such as the Jharkhand Chief Minister Mainiyan Samman Yojana, Abua Health Security Scheme, Abua Housing Scheme, Chief Minister Pashudhan Yojana, Birsa Harit Gram Yojana, Kisan Credit Card, Sarvajan Pension Scheme, Savitri Bai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana, Green Ration Card, Birsa Irrigation Well Enhancement Scheme, Chief Minister Employment Creation Scheme, and Guruji Student Credit Card. Additionally, applications for other schemes, such as various pension schemes, Ayushman card distribution, and community forest lease applications, will also be received during the program.

The District Magistrate further stated that all applications received at the camps should be registered on the portal, with immediate resolution of complaints where possible. Priority will be given to complaints related to amendments in revenue records, certificates, and documents, and efforts will be made to resolve any pending complaints within seven days of the camp date.

The program will kick off on August 30, with camps being organized at various locations across the district, including Jamshedpur Sadar, Potka, Patamda, Boram, Ghatshila, Musabani, Dhalbhumgarh, Chakulia, Gudabanda, Baharagora, Chakulia Municipal Council, and Mango Municipal Corporation. Each camp is strategically located to ensure accessibility for all residents, with a focus on maximizing participation and ensuring that the benefits of the government schemes reach every eligible beneficiary in the district.
