Jamshedpur DC and SSP launch signature campaign for voter awareness

Jamshedpur, March 16: East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar and Senior Superintendent of Police Anoop Birtharay Saturday launched a signature campaign to spread awareness among voters. They inaugurated the campaign at Jamshedpur Collectorate precincts by signing on a large whiteboard. They were accompanied by DDC, SDO Dhalbhum, RPF Commandant and many dignitaries of the city.

Addressing the gathering, the DC said all voters should exercise their adult franchise to strengthen the democracy. Voters, especially those who have recently attained majority, should also spread awareness among others to make sure that no voter is left out this Lok sabha election on 12th May.

Kumar said the district administration was spreading voters� awareness through various means such as nukkad natak, human chain, painting competition, run for election, dance competition and football tournaments.
