Jamshedpur Dance Studio to train budding aspirants for film & TV industry

Jamshedpur: Dance Studio on Sakchi Thakurbari Road will now provide a platform to all budding talents of Kolhan Region and ensure their placement in the Film and TV Industry. There is no age bar for enrollment. Students will be trained in acting, modeling, script writing, fashion designing, guitar, dance and other art forms so that they are ready to meet the challenges of showbiz with confidence.

The School of Creative Excellence was launched on Sunday in the premises of Dance Studio which is owned by Puja Agrawal. The School of Creative Excellence will be run jointly by Bollywood casting director and resident of Bagbera Abhay Kumar Pandey. Abhay, incidentally, has been working in Mumbai since the past eight years as a casting director and has many popular TV serials under his belt including Chhoti Sardarni, Jaat Na Puchho Prem Ki, Lapataganj, Vidya, Kuldipak, Lal Ishq, Crime Patrol, Ye Vadaa Raha, Sarojini and Gupta Brothers which will be telecast on Star Bharat from October 5.

Puja and Abhay informed that classes will be conducted between 1 pm and 8 pm and big names form films and TV would come as visiting lecturers to explain the finer points of performances in the various streams students opt for in detail. Film and TV personalities will also interact with the students via webinars.

The assistant teachers present on the occasion of the inauguration were Asish, Harman, Sashi Kumar, Vijay, Monu, Nirupa, Riya, Aman, Sangram, Karn and others. Classes will commence from October 7.
