Jamshedpur Crime: Excise raids in Birsanagar and Bagbera

Jamshedpur, Oct 3: Excise department carried out a series of raids in different parts of Birsanagar and Bagbera on Monday. Several distilleries were destroyed in the raids at Hurlung and Lupungdih of Birsanagar and Ghaghidih of Bagbera. Java mahua was also destroyed by the officials. By the time the officials reached the distilleries, the culprits had escaped. The team seized 290 litres of illicit liquor.
