Jamshedpur Crime: Criminals snatch earring from woman in Sakchi

Jamshedpur, May 29: Unidentified motorcycle-borne criminals snatched an earring from a woman near old Mango bridge under Sakchi police station area on Sunday.

The victim, Usha Rani Singh, resident of Teachers Colony, Dimna Road, sustained cut injury in her ear as a result of sudden snatching. She was taken to MGM Hospital.

An FIR has been lodged in this connection. Usha told cops she had come near the bus stand to give tiffin to her son. After giving the tiffin, Usha came near the old bridge to take an auto-rickshaw, the bike-borne youths approached her and snatched one of her earrings. The earring was made of city gold.
