Jamshedpur, September 12: Mango Municipal Corporation executive officer Suresh Yadav had recently lodged an FIR against BJP leader Vikas Singh accusing him of obstructing government work.
The anticipatory bail plea of Vikas Singh was heard in the court on Tuesday, in which the court stayed the arrest of Vikas Singh.
Vikas Singh’s advocate Krishna Murari Singh, while presenting Vikas Singh’s side before ADJ 1, said that Vikas Singh had neither obstructed any kind of government work nor used force.
The advocate told the court that complaints had been made by Vikas Singh several times regarding illegal construction but no action was being taken. Forced by the lack of action, Vikas Singh asked the executive officer Suresh Yadav while giving a memorandum to protect the law and the Constitution. Due to which the officials got angry and filed a false case against Vikas Singh in Ulidih police station. The court, while listening to the parties, stayed the arrest of Vikas Singh.
