Jamshedpur: Court additional district judge, Radha Krishna today convicted a 28-year-old youth for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl at Sonari in 2012. In this connection, the police had registered a case of rape and POCSO (protection of children from sexual offences) Act against the accused Rajkumar Chauhar on the basis of an FIR lodged by the minor. The court will pronounce the sentence on October 10.
