Jamshedpur: CM Raghubar Das rides on bike, asks voters to unite for victory

Jamshedpur, Dec. 1 : In a move to garner support ahead of Assembly polls on December 7, Chief minister Raghubar Das on Sunday participated in Bike Rally from his home constituency (Jamshedpur East). Sitting as a pillion driver, Das along over 3000 party workers visited various places in the city spreading party�s message.

During over one and half hour drive Raghubar Das along with party activists also interacted with common people. �I am here to spread party�s vision of growth and progress,� said Das. He also asked party workers to increase party�s reach and message to every corner.

  �In last five years we have given a growth oriented governance. We are committed to provide houses for those without shelter under PMAY schemes. We are also committed to provide basic infrastructure in each of the urban slums like proper lights, road, drinking water, drains and sewage facilities. Work has already started with Jusco agreeing to provide electricity and waters. I would like to encourage women to form sakhi mandals and obtain benefit of state government schemes to improve their financial condition,� said Das.

He reiterated that the Government is dedicated towards development of State with special focus on rural areas. He said that the people will reap the benefits of the several welfare schemes is his Government�s priority. He also motivated the workers to ensure victory. He deliberated minutely on issues pertaining to the strengthening of the booth committees.
