Manjit Gill Honoured by CGPC for Religious and Social Service in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur (Mail News Service): On the occasion of the 359th Prakash Purab of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the Central Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (CGPC) honoured Manjit Singh Gill, President of the Rangreta Mahasabha, for his outstanding contribution to religious and social service. The felicitation took place during the Central Diwan on Wednesday.

The Rangreta Mahasabha has been consistently organising the religious martyrdom day at Agrico on a grand scale every year and has played an active role in several social and religious initiatives across the city. Recognising these sustained efforts, CGPC President Bhagwan Singh, along with Shailendra Singh, presented a memento to Manjit Singh Gill and other office bearers of the Mahasabha.

The ceremony was attended by several prominent members of the Sikh community, including Sukhdev Singh Mitthu, Tarsem Singh, Rajinder Singh Tarsika, Santosh Singh Cheema, Sahib Singh, and Karam Singh.

Speakers at the event praised the Rangreta Mahasabha for its continued dedication to promoting Sikh religious values and strengthening community welfare initiatives. The honour underscored the organisation’s role in fostering unity, service, and spiritual awareness within the Sikh community of Jamshedpur.
