Jamshedpur: Case registered in Tata Motors employee death case

Jamshedpur, Sep 15: Telco police registered an FIR in connection with the death of Tata Motors employee Mukul Dungdung at Tata Motors plant. The case was registered on the information of Tata Motors officer A Ravi. The body of the deceased was sent to MGM Medical College for postmortem examination.

Dungdung was found trapped dead in the conveyor belt at the plant recently.

Meanwhile, the company management reportedly gave approval to the demand for job to the wife of the deceased. The company would also give Rs 50 lakh to her as compensation. An additional amount of Rs 6 lakh would also be given to her under BLIB fund beside PF and gratuity, sources said.
