Jamshedpur boy bags AIR 3 in IPTSE Olympiad

Jamshedpur, Jan 20: Sakcham Srivastava, a class 10 student of JUSCO School South Park has brought glory to the school by securing All India Rank 3 in the 5th Edition of IPTSE (Intellectual Property Talent Search Examination) Olympiad conducted in collaboration with FICCI and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. 

He received the award along with a cash prize of Rs 7000 in the IPTSE Conclave held at New Delhi.

He was conferred the award by Prathiba Maninder Singh, Judge, High Court of Delhi. Delegates and officials from IP Foundation, FICCI and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology were also present to laud the efforts of the young achievers.

Three more students Dhairya Kumar, Anurag Kumar Sah and Aditi Chandra are also selected amongst “Top 10 of School Student Category- National Level.

School principal Mili Sinha congratulated the students on their stupendous achievement and extended best wishes for their future endeavors.

Started in 2018, IPTSE is India’s first comprehensive examination on intellectual property rights, aimed at driving awareness among young learners and undergraduate students about patents, design, trademark, copyrights, industrial design and trade secrets. Since inception, more than 13,000 young aspirants have taken the examination, and more than 250 volunteers have been working tirelessly to increase awareness about the course among students, researchers, academicians and innovators across India.
