Jamshedpur, February 11. BJP Jamshedpur unit observed the 55th death anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay as ‘Dedication Day’ on Saturday.
Workers paid homage at the picture of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and took a pledge to imbibe his thoughts and ideals.
BJP Jamshedpur president Gunjan Yadav, highlighting the personality and work of Pandit ji, said that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, who devoted his entire life to the nation, was the pioneer of integral humanism and Antyodaya. He always struggled for the upliftment of the weaker sections of the society.
“Following his ideals, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the central government is running dozens of beneficiary-oriented schemes for the welfare of masses,” he said.
BJP workers dedicated financial support on the occasion of ‘Dedication Day’. During this, the workers present dedicated the contribution through a closed envelope.
The death anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay was observed at all the 28 mandals of BJP Jamshedpur.
