Jamshedpur, Jan 23: The BJP workers in Jamshedpur Mahanagar marked the 127th birth anniversary of the revolutionary leader Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose as Parakram Diwas. Led by BJP Jamshedpur Metropolitan President Gunjan Yadav, dozens of workers paid tribute to Netaji by garlanding his statue at Sakchi Netaji Subhash Maidan (Aam Bagan) on Tuesday.
During the homage, BJP workers commemorated Netaji’s significant contributions by chanting slogans such as ‘Long live Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose,’ ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai,’ and ‘Vande Mataram.’ President Gunjan Yadav expressed that the nation would forever be grateful for Netaji’s sacrifices and dedication. Netaji, a staunch advocate of independence, organized the youth and formed the Azad Hind Fauj in 1943.
Gunjan Yadav highlighted Netaji’s pivotal role in India’s independence struggle, emphasizing how he ignited the spirit of freedom among the youth with powerful slogans like ‘Jai Hind for freedom, you give me blood, I will give you freedom.’ Netaji’s revolutionary ideas and perseverance in the face of adversity continue to inspire generations and kindle the flame of patriotism.
Yadav stressed the importance of today’s youth playing a leading role in the nation’s upliftment by embracing Netaji’s ideals and fostering a positive mindset. The celebration was attended by Nandji Prasad, Chandrashekhar Mishra, Neeraj Singh, Sudhanshu Ojha, Babua Singh, Sanjeev Sinha, Prem Jha, Ajay Srivastava, S Karthik, Ganesh Munda, and other dedicated workers.
