Jamshedpur, Sept 23: The bonus agreement for employees of Beldih Club, operated by Tata Steel, was signed after an accord to the effect was reached between management of Beldih Club, Jamshedpur and Canteen, Hotel and Restaurant Workers Union on September 23, 2023.
According to the agreement, employees will be entitled to a 20 percent bonus for the current year.
This year the employees will get a maximum of Rs 54,632 and a minimum of Rs 25,284 as bonus.
The bonus will be distributed among a total of 70 employees, and the bonus amounts will be credited to their accounts within three to four days.
The signing of the bonus agreement saw Club Chairperson cum Tata Steel’s VP HRM Atrayee Sanyal representing the management and Union President Rakeshwar Pandey representing the union.
Other signatories to the agreement included Union’s Deputy President BK Dinda, General Secretary Dadan Singh, Sheikh Zulfikar Ali, Siddharth Shankar Das, Ajit Singh and from the management side Secretary Amitava Bakshi, Ajay Lahiri, Vishal Agarwal, Ramnarayan Tiwari, M Mishra, and others.
