Jamshedpur: BDOs asked to speed up linkage of welfare scheme with beneficiaries 

Jamshedpur, December 15: Following East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner instruction a video conferencing was called by the District Panchayati Raj Officer, East Singhbhum Jamshedpur with the heads of all the blocks. 

The BDOs were directed  to send the selection proposal of the beneficiaries for duck (duck) rearing to the Gram Sabha through the block without delay, as well as to approve the application received earlier at the block level and the application received by JSLPS in the Gram Sabha under CM Pashudhan Yojana scheme. 

Beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Yojana, Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, Phulo Jhano Aashirwad Yojana, Sarvajan Pension Yojana and other government schemes will be selected in the Gram Sabha, all the village heads should be informed for wide publicity of various programs being run by the Government of India and the Government of Jharkhand and selection of eligible beneficiaries will be done continuously through the Gram Sabha, which will be reviewed every month.

In Anganwadi school and health center, instructions have been given to identify damaged hand tools and get repair work done immediately, along with marking the places where new hand tools are required to be installed, the proposal for installation of hand tools should be made available to the block. An instruction was given, which was asked to be approved by the department.

The special Gram Sabha to be convened under Jan Yojana Abhiyan 2022, which will be started from 3 January 2023, in which the process of selection of schemes related to the 9 subjects identified for the localization of the Sustainable Development Plan by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj Department, Government of India, was explained in detail to all the BDOs. .
