Jamshedpur, April 13. Advocates of the Jamshedpur District Bar Association boycotted work on Wednesday in protest against the handcuffing of Jamshedpur advocate Chandan Kumar Choubey. On Thursday, a meeting was held in the library hall in this matter under the leadership of District Bar Association Chairman Lala Ajit Kumar Ambasht.
In the meeting, all the members of the ad hoc committee took a decision and met District and Sessions Judge Anil Kumar Mishra.
The committee also met Senior Superintendent of Police Prabhat Kumar and informed him about all the incidents. After the assurance of the SSP, the ad hoc committee decided that all the advocates would return from their work from Saturday.
