Jamshedpur, April 9: ADLS Sunshine School organized Graduation Nite for the outgoing batch of 2021-22 on April 8, at Michael John Auditorium in Bistupur. The members of the management committee, principal, staff, parents and students were witness to the remarkable day.
The ceremony was to celebrate the past achievements and to look forward to the future endeavours. The programme began with the National Anthem.
Principal Manju Singh in her welcome address congratulated the graduating students on their academic achievements and wished them a rewarding career. As the road of life is wide open, she advised the students to work hard, have a zest for perfection and burn the midnight oil to see their dreams come true. She hoped that the students will face the new challenges with passion, willingness and perseverance.
To add colours to the day, various cultural events were put up. A special tribute was paid to Kathak legends through a classical dance. The students were also awarded with scrolls, school mementos and character certificates.
A special Principal’s Award was given to Sulochan Khadka who has shown consistently outstanding performance not only in academics but also in Co-curricular activities. He has been an all-rounder throughout his school life.
Valedictory speech was given by class 12 science students Sulochan Khadka.
