Jamshedpur: Accused in Tony Murder Case surrenders to court

Jamshedpur:  In a major development in the Tony Singh murder case, named accused Avinash Kumar Singh surrendered in the Jamshedpur Court on Tuesday. The incident, which occurred on November 15 near Uma Tiffin in Ulidih police station area, involved the fatal shooting of Tony Singh and the injury of his associate, Vishnu.
Avinash surrendered before First Class Judicial Magistrate Alok Kumar. His lawyer, Virat Tomar, stated that while Avinash has been accused of murder, he denies firing the fatal shot.
Vishnu, the injured eyewitness, reported that a dispute erupted between Tony and another individual, Uttam, before the shooting. Uttam allegedly returned with Avinash and Nitish, leading to a scuffle during which Avinash reportedly opened fire, killing Tony on the spot. Meanwhile, police are conducting raids to apprehend the other accused in the case.
