Jamshedpur: A delegation of Jamshedpur Abhibhavak Sangh led by its president Dr. Umesh Kumar on Thursday submitted a memorandum to East Singhbhum DC Amit Kumar and had sought permission to stage protest in the form of indefinite fast before the DC office of the private schools fail to start the bus service within the given time frame.
Dr. Umesh Kumar said that students and parents are forced to bear the arbitrariness of the school auto and van drivers because the private school management despite repeated demand has still not started the bus service.
The delegation also urged the DC to continue with the overloading checking drive of school vans and autos. Dr. Umesh Kumar appealed the parents not to pay the auto and van drivers for the number of days they were on strike and also boycott the politicians who led the auto and van strike in city and harassing the children and the common people.
