Jamshedpur, June 7: Al-Kabir Polytechnic has reason to celebrate as 437 students from the 2019 and 2020 batches have been successfully selected by renowned companies across various industries. The campus placement drive, conducted over several months, witnessed the selection of talented students from the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Electronics and Communication departments.
The institute’s Principal, Waris Sarwar Imam, along with department heads and placement in-charge Mohd. Maqsood Alam, extended their heartfelt congratulations to all the students who secured positions as Diploma Engineer Trainees or Junior Engineers. Principal Waris Sarwar Imam expressed his delight at the high number of students obtaining placements and encouraged them to continue their hard work and dedication.
Abdul Tahir Khan, P. Veenashila Rao, Mohd. Abid Hussain, Mohd. Shahabuddin Ansari, and Mohd. Shahnawaz Alam, the heads of the respective departments, also congratulated the successful students on their remarkable achievements.
The institute’s governing body and management attributed this success to the tireless efforts of the entire college team, including the Head of the Training and Placement Cell. Maqsood Alam provided information that the placement process is still ongoing, with expectations of further success in the coming days. Principal Waris Sarwar Imam addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of understanding their social responsibility and moving forward with determination. He expressed hope that the students would effectively apply the skills and knowledge acquired during their college education, ultimately becoming successful contributors to both the nation and society.
