Jamshedpur, March 27: A 15 member of the Central Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee officials met a representative railway manager of the Railway Board,Vijay Kumar Sahu, at his office in Chakdarpur. The delegation firstly donated shawls for the work being done by them in the public interest. They demanded immediate commencement of two trains citing the huge problems in getting to and from Punjab or other places due to Tata Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh Express and Tata Jammu Tawi Express, which has been stopped since March 20 due to Corona epidemic.
Describing these demands as justified, DRM Vijay Kumar Sahu assured to start these trains at the earliest by talking to higher officials. Other railway officials were also present on the occasion. The delegation included the Chairman of Central Gurdwara Sardar Shailendra Singh, Tarsem Singh, Senior Vice President Harvinder Singh Mantu, General Secretary Sukhwinder Singh, Jasbir Singh, Dalbir Singh, Jagta Singh, Inderjit Singh, Lakhwinder Singh Ravindra Singh, Ajit Singh.
