Ranchi: State president of Janata Dal (U) Jaleshwar Mahato has been made the party candidate from Giridih constituency while former MLA Mahesh Yadav has been chosen to contest the poll from Chatra.
The national president of the party Sharad Yadav announced the names in New Delhi on Saturday.
