Jadugora: Jadugora police joined hands with the staff of district health department to participate in the cleanliness campaign under the Swachh Bharat Swasth Bharat Abhiyan launched at Jadugora-Rakha Road on Sunday. The drive was carried out on both sides of the 1500 metre long road.
The participants cleaned the road from 7.30 am till 9.30 am and raised cleanliness slogans. The police team was led by the officer in-charge of Jadugora PS Priyanka Anand. The Mukhiya of Matigora Kartik Hembram also participated in the drive along with anganbari sevikas.
Among those present on the occasion included Kaulesh Kumar, Anil Singh, Sanjay Yadav, Manju Devi, Laxmi Mukherjee, Guruwari Singh, Saraswati Roy, Kanti Paswan, Jeeramuni Kui and Phulmuni Kui.
