Jamshedpur : Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has decided to make an option to download the soft copy of admit cards from its website for matriculation and intermediate examinations 2014.
The examinations are beginning from February 21. Matriculation exam will be held in the first half and inter exams in the second half. By March 7 Matriculation exams will conclude. Inter exam will end by March 13. One needs to log on to jac.nic.in and click on the �download admit card� tab on the bottom of the webpage.
JAC Chairperson, Anand Bhushan. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) the initiative is being taken for the convenience of students. Students just have to enter their registration slip number to get their admit card.
Bhushan said that students can call on 0651-6453344 for further query concerning this online admit card process.
Notably, as many as 480628 students are appearing for matriculation exam in 895 centres across the state. For intermediate examinations, 299329 students are appearing across 408 centres.
The examination copies and question papers were delivered to respective centres by the council. Instead of line, 2014 is written in the form of a line on the answer sheets. This year, the number of aspirants has increased. Bhushan said that there is an increase of 35,000 students in matric and 8000 in Inter.
