Jamshedpur, July 1:Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East organized a special event at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital on the occasion of Doctors’ Day to honour the contributions of medical professionals. As a mark of gratitude and respect, the club felicitated all 20 doctors of the hospital by presenting them with thoughtful gifts.
Past President Ira Bandyopadhyay addressed the gathering and appreciated the selfless dedication of the doctors. Club President Dr. Meena Mukherjee also expressed her heartfelt thanks to the medical community for their unwavering commitment to society. The event was attended by Secretary Anju Bala and other club members.
All gifts for the doctors were sponsored by PP Ira Bandyopadhyay.
In addition to the hospital ceremony, the club also honoured six distinguished doctors who are either members or spouses of members of the club. Gifts were personally delivered to Dr. Anjushree Pandit, Dr. Neelam Sinha, Dr. Indu Chauhan, Dr. Shabnam, Dr. Amitabha Bandyopadhyay, and Dr. Gokhale at their residences.
The celebration was graced by IPP Madhumita Sanyal, PP Shamma Upadhyay, Sanchita Dey, Madhumita Rai, Rashmi Narayan, Vinita, Sonali Mahanthy, and other members of the Inner Wheel Club.
