Jamshedpur, August 5: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East participated in a friendship day event “Khaki Mera Saathi, Dosti ka Haath Suraksha ke saath” organised by private FM channel at Dorabji Tata Park (Modi Park Ground) on Sunday morning.
The aim behind organizing the event was to make the public realize that police is friend of a common man and when in need one can seek help of the police without hesitation or fear.
On the occasion people tied red friendship band to police officials present and made them friends. Police also tied bands on the wrists of the people. Other Inner Wheel Clubs of Jamshedpur along with social organisations attend the event.
Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East members present were Sampa, Archana, Banashri, Poonam, Madhumita, Vinita, Preeti and others were present.
