Jamshedpur: Members of Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur distributed food among the underprivileged children at Shiv Durga Sairam Mandir near Adityapur Railway station on Saturday.’ Food for Hunger’, this initiative was taken by the club member Vinita Shah and her husband Mahendra Shah by sponsoring the food.
Srinivas Yadav, a trustee of the Mandir coordinated and provided all possible help. Around 300 slum children nearby were served food. They are children of daily wage earners and household workers. Treasurer Dr Manju Rani Singh, Committee member Vandana Sinha, Vinita Shah and Chanchala Singh were present and helped serve food to the children.
