Gamharia, Nov 8: One of the most ambitious central government projects under MSME, TCSP, new Technology Centres will be set up in Bihta and Patna for which the ITDR Jamshedpur MD Anand Dayal has given his nod to an amount of Rs 100.89 crore.
Dayal informed that with the help of the World Bank, 15 new Technology Centres have been planned to be set up across the country. He stated that the Bihta and Patna Centres would be the first of their kind in Bihar for which the Bihar government had sanctioned 15 acres of land in Bihta Industrial Area. The TC MSMEG will facilitate advanced manufacturing technology, skilling and plug and play provisions besides other state of the art technologies. The ITDC MD said that startups and the rural agriculture sectors would be provided technical support at these centres. Anand Dayal informed that the MD of ITDC would be the Director for the Centres at Kanpur and Bihta.
