IPRD organizes Vikas Mela cum exhibition in Kukdu

Seraikela, Aug 26: Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD), Seraikela-Kharsawan organized Vikas Mela cum exhibition in Kukdu block office premises in Seraikela on Monday. The chief guest of the event was Ashok Kumar Sao, Zila Parishad vice president, Seraikela-Kharsawan. He stressed the need to spread greater mass awareness on various Central and state government welfare schemes. He said if the people are not well aware of the schemes, they will not be able to reap their benefits. He said ignorance could make the schemes futile.

Twenty Point Implementation Committee president Sachidanand Mahato said the government was running various schemes for the welfare of the poor and downtrodden sections.

Many villagers were present during the programme. They raised various issues and got their grievances disposed.
